They will knock lightly and leave so make sure you are by your door all day because you won’t know when they are coming because they don’t call first. Also this was the third time they were supposed to be here. The first time they never even showed up and rescheduled for a week later then they couldn’t finish the job because they can’t redo the damaged floor. So now we have no tub and are supposed to wait until they can come back out. DO NOT RECOMMEND

These guys are the absolute best in town! Fast, professional and get the job done right the first time. I live in an apartment, and they come to this location often, they always get it right and fast as lightning. Spoke with Mallori this morning, who knew right away what the issue was with my lame explanation. She was able to find someone who was on a site nearby, to come to our house next. Charles showed up, jumped right in and got us back up and operational. So polite, knowledge and got the job done. Overall, GREAT SERVICE all around. Thank You Mallori and Charles!!!

The communication with Performance Plumbing at the beginning was rough to say the least and left a sour taste... HOWEVER, after talking with Mike, we were able to work things out and get them over to provide us an estimate ASAP (and at our convenience)!
He was extremely professional, nice, and apologetic for how things were initially handled. He… provided a very thorough, top notch estimate and you could tell he’s had tremendous experience in the industry! We received an estimate less than a day later (probably close to 12 hours after he visited the house).

Very professional and courteous service!! The crew that came out was on time, friendly and knowledgeable!!! Everyone I dealt with from the office staff to the work crew was friendly and eager to please!! The work was done right the first time and the price was more than reasonable!! It’s so refreshing to find a a company that takes pride in their work! I will definitely use them again!!!

This was my first time using Performance Plumbing and I was very impressed. I called at 4:30 on Monday and they had someone out to the house by 1:30 the next day. He was very professional and respectful of the property. I was quoted a price and that is what I paid! This was not your ordinary small clog and required some hard effort on his part. He kept a great attitude through the whole job. I will use these folks again and highly recommend them.
