Services
Mr. Turner has over twenty-five years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He has completed a wide variety of projects in California, Arizona, and South Dakota and has extensive experience in construction management, resource and manpower allocation, contract administration, cost estimating, planning, surveying and engineering designs.
Provided engineering and surveying servcies for the professional park at the the corner of Cook Street and Fred Waring Drive. Services included mapping, precise grading, drainage design, utility coordination, expanded water and sewer systems, street plans, and construction staking. Provided Civil Engineering design, surveying, and processing services for 133 one-half acre lots for West Indio Estates.
