Our approach revolves around setting realistic expectations then innovating beyond those expectations. We utilize our years of experience, proactive communication, and responsive attitude to achieve an optimum result. Technically, we utilize the most current commercial software solutions available along with in-house efficiencies to bring a very efficient solution to complex designs.
Bronz Young has been performing structural design since 1985. He has a B.C.E from Cal Poly Pomona and a Masters of Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University. Mr. Ledezma started his career with Young Engineering in 2000. His responsibilities include overseeing all drafting, as well as performing structural design and detailing of residential and commercial structures.
