Shawn arrived on time; he called 15 minutes prior to appointment time to say he was on his way. Very professional. Wore booties on his shoes while inside the house. Listened as we explained the issue with the clogged toilet. Explained what he was doing to unclog the toilet. Would call again and will definetly reccommend.

I felt compelled to write this, albeit belated, review. If you would have asked me a year ago, heck even 6 months ago, for a plumbing recommendation, it would have been Poor John's Plumbing. First let me say that any & all work ever done by Erik, and another plumber whose name escapes me right now, has been top notch. Excellent job done every time they came out. But, back in September, we had requested a bid for our latest plumbing job. As part of the progressive remodel on our 1972 house. Jake came out to look at the job needing to be done in the main bathroom, which was pretty similar

I'm usually very critical when it comes to hiring work in my home. I do most handy work myself, but plumbing is something I haven't tapped into yet. I hired Poor John's to install an anti-freeze sillcock in my garage, something I wasn't totally comfortable doing myself. I called them on a Wednesday, had a guy out on Thursday to take a look, a quote was presented to me on Friday, and the work was done the following week on the day and I had requested it be done. The contractor was professional, friendly, explained everything he did, and was done in about an hour. Great work and

We have used them for all of our plumbing needs. They are great every time. Very honest and upfront about costs and let us do what we can ourselves to save money, while still providing a professional job to code. They even have prices listed on their website so you know exactly what to expect. Every plumber they have sent to us are pleasant people and Jasmine at their office is SO nice and prompt on the phone.

These guys are awesome! They give a free estimate. They are straightforward and gave us options, told us what we could do ourselves to cut the cost. I just felt so comfortable with their complete honesty. They charge per job, so we were not nervously watching the clock. They also have a one year warranty.
