Filling out paperwork, learning new faces, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.
The International Chiropractic Pediatric Association recommends the first chiropractic visit as soon as possible after birth. This first visit will allow you and your child to meet with the doctors so they can evaluate and discuss proper spinal health. At Yost Family Chiropractic we promote spinal health in all ages!
The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself. When calling to schedule your appointment, a team member will ask you to complete these forms before your first visit to save you time. Please bring your insurance cards with you to the office. Upon entering our office our team will welcome you as a member of our practice.

I was told about the Yost Wellness center from a friend. He thought that it would really help fix a lot of my health issues. When I met with them, I had high blood pressure (seven different pills), I am a type two diabetic, I have colitis, I am way over weight (254), have no energy and have a pain rating of a five to seven most days. Talk about having problems. After 70 days, I have lost 42 pounds and at the moment I'm no longer taking any blood pressure medication. My blood sugars are down over 25 points which is half way to average. It was at 147 fasting. I haven't had an A1C1 done yet to see

My family and I have received amazing care over the years at YFC. They have seen me through a car accident and my pregnancy and now my son also gets his power turned on. The team here is phenomenal and I look forward to seeing them each visit. They are empathetic, genuine, and kind and when we leave, we never feel like a transaction but that we are a valued customer.

Today was my first visit. I am grateful for Dr. Yost. I literally broke down. I was in pain both mentally and physically. Dr. Yost listened to what I was dealing with physically and mentally.
She doing a full blood work up. Plus she set me up with chiropractic therapy.
I can honest say. I feel tons better. My pain is a 2 now. When it was at 8/9 this morning. My emotional well being is back on track. When all the blood work gets back. She will be working on treatment plan for me.
I am looking forward to it. If I feel this good in one day. I can’t wait to see how I feel in a few weeks.

My daughter with a rare syndrome has been seeing the Doctors at Yost Family Chiropractic since she was out of the NICU at 9 weeks and believe it has contributed to her health and success. The staff are very professional and customer service oriented. I also received care during pregnancy and it was wonderful.
