Hands down one of the best mechanics in Orange County. I didn't mention technician because a true mechanic is very hard to come by and John along with Wendy provide the most outstanding service! I have a 05' Toyota Highlander which needed a new timing belt along with some other odds and ends. Japanese Car Specialities did not disappoint. They are the most honest people in the industry that I have found. 100% no regrets!

John and Wendy are so nice and so honest. I've been going to them for a short time but they treat me like I've been there forever. Came in because I thought I was having a starter issue. They ordered the starter but then realized it wasn't the issue. Instead of charging me $600 they got the car running and returned the part. They could have still charged me and I wouldn't have known better. That says a lot about them.

What a find! Never trusting my FJ62 with anyone else. John is the best. Very knowledgable, trustworthy, honest, & fair. If you have a Toyota, don't take it anywhere else. He rebuilt my Cruiser's engine and it's amazing the difference. Can't recommend them enough!
