Welcome to the pediatric dental office of Dr. Marcy Keown. Our office provides specialized dentistry for children and adolescents in a warm, caring, "child-friendly" environment. As pediatric dentists, our years of additional training after dental school prepared us for the unique dental needs of each child we serve. We focus on preventive care to help each child grow a healthy smile that will last a lifetime. Serving infants, children, teens and children with special health care needs in Orlando, FL.
Services
The office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. Preschool children should be seen in the morning because they are fresher and we can work more slowly with them for their comfort. School children with a lot of work to be done should be seen in the morning for the same reason.
Our office, as well as the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) all recommend establishing a "Dental Home" for your child by one year of age. Children who have a dental home are more likely to receive appropriate preventive and routine oral health care.
For more information concerning pediatric dentistry, please visit the website for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. The pediatric dentist has an extra two to three years of specialized training after dental school, and is dedicated to the oral health of children from infancy through the teenage years.

My son had a great experience today having a tooth pulled. Had a filling done at another office and it was really infected. My son was so nervous because the tooth has been hurting. The doctor explained everything to me and told me what to expect during and after the treatment. He did tear up during the procedure but I think it was his nerves and a little bit of pressure. Once the tooth was out he said it immediately felt so much better and left with a popsicle and smiles.

My 3 kids have been coming to the dental office for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. My daughter needed sedation, my son was able to get treatment with laughing gas and my youngest son has only needed check-ups. I’m very thankful they offer different treatment options depending on my kids needs. So happy at the most recent visit everyone was cavity free!!

Another successful visit to the dentist! Dr. Keown and her staff are amazing, and incredibly patient with my ASD kiddo. Special thanks to Miss Diana for always going the extra mile to make my son feel as comfortable as possible. Each visit, we get a little more done and I am so thankful they let us go at our own pace. I can not thank you all enough. <3

My daughter had a toothache in the middle of quarantine! I called the office on a Friday morning and within 20 minutes, had a return phone call from the office staff. She had me send pictures via text so that Dr. Marcy could take a look. Within the hour, we had a hopeful diagnosis and a plan for recovery! Thank you Dr. Marcy!

A great pediatric dentist. We have been going to Dr Marcy for about 3 years. I like the way they keep our appointment times and patiently explain billing changes.
When my kiddo needed a filling... The tech was amazing about explaining each step before it happened. Would recommend!

I had the opportunity to take my granddaughter to the dentist and I was, admittedly, a little concerned about how she would handle the experience. She LOVED it! A positive, friendly atmosphere from the time of check-in until we walked out the door. A great start to her caring for her teeth for a lifetime! Thank you!!

Dr Marcy and her staff are so amazing. They always go above and beyond to make sure that my kids are comfortable and let them know what they are doing and answer their questions. My youngest had an issue a few months ago and was in terrible pain. Sophia in the office went so far over and above to be sure that we got him back to himself. When 5pm came she didn't stop communicating with me and the dr (who was out of the office that day) to be sure that he was ok. she spent her personal time staying in touch w us making sure that he was comfortable. I can not say enough good about the dr and

Im so glad that I did my research in finding a pediatric dentist. the staff is nice. they tell the kid what is going to be done. the dentist is super sweet. our first time here there was a welcome sign for my son. there's toys , comfy chairs and TV that is always playing cartoon (Disney) movies in the waiting area. inside there's tv's above towards the ceiling so that kids can watch movies while being worked on. and they put sunglasses on them. after the procedure kids can pick from three basketful of little toys and they get bravery certificate with a free chick fillet meal. I started taking my youngest child to Dr. Marcy after she was diagnosed with her first (and thankfully only) cavity. Our family doctor (a rather grumpy old man) wasn't feeling up to the challenge and suggested we go to a pediatric dentist. I'm so glad we did!

For that pesky cavity my little one was given laughing gas. It was hilarious! (No, really.) In the office there are TVs mounted above all of the chairs so while the kids are lying down they can watch Frozen (they have other movies, too). They are also given sunglasses to wear and the laughing gas is flavored (how cool is that).
