As a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas I am committed to providing my clients with insight into their behavior and emotional patterns and, if necessary, develop new, healthy coping skills and boundaries.

I provide faith based counseling for individual women, marriage and relationships, and teenagers ages 15 to 19. I have a special heart for women's issues including separation and/or divorce, abuse/trauma experiences and PTSD. Many times I find counseling teenagers, leads to family counseling because parents are a vital part of their children's emotional health.
