My profession for me is about helping children in the best possible way I can. I love to be able to get a child out of pain, help create a beautiful smile, and restore proper oral function for a child. The most rewarding part is the proud smile on a child's face when we are done! I was born and raised in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh.

I highly recommend Mars Dental to family and friends! The atmosphere is comforting to all children! The staff is professional and friendly they take time to make the children feel comfortable and welcomed! They have tons of patience, explaining every step as they get the job done. I went to see the pediatric dentist at this office for a lip/tongue tie evaluation and revision. My child was not an infant, which is when most revisions are done w/o sedation of any kind, was 2 1/2 years old when I went for the visit and was notified that they do not use any sedation at all when doing the lip/tongue tie procedure which is supposed to be less painful than scalpel but going back w/o your parents, nothing to make you comfortable did not sit right with me. In my opinion, 2 1/2 years old seems too old to not use sedation/could potentially cause trauma or fear of the dentist. I was

From the minute we walked into Mars Dental Specialists we felt welcomed! I took our 5 month old to get evaluated for tongue tie and from the ladies at the front desk, to the hygienists, to the pediatric dentist...everyone was welcoming, friendly, informative, and reassuring. Would HIGHLY recommend this office for pediatric denistry!

I took my daughter here for a second opinion after going to children's hospital dental first. Dr. Jen listened to my wishes and concerns and made a treatment plan I feel comfortable with. The staff is extremely kind and they went over and beyond to explain any questions I had, not just a generic answer. I would recommend this dental office to absolutely anyone! 100% recommend!

I am so grateful to the staff at Mars Dental. My youngest came in to have her lip tie and tongue tie removed and it went smoothly! The hygienists were very kind and Dr. Pacella took the time to explain the procedure and what to expect, they also sent me a plethora of information beforehand on what the surgery consisted of and post care instructions. It was all done very quickly and we are happy our baby girl will be able to drink her bottle and eat solid foods more easily!

Amazing! I refer to the office as "The Disneyland of Dentists". The office is very clean, modern and colorful. When we checked in they offered my child a menu and let her pick a movie to watch during the exam. Then they handed her *pink sparkly* safety glasses. My daughter is very anxious and cries, and they are always very patient and helpful in calming her down. Afterwards she practically bounced out of the office, feeling good about herself that she was "brave" and carrying an armload of little toys they gave her. We received compassionate, competent care here.
