I specialize in working with clients dealing with anxiety, healing from trauma, struggling through a difficult life transition, or those wanting to learn more about their own emotions and relationship patterns.
I identify as a Christian and enjoy integrating a client's faith and spirituality into counseling, as requested. I use a person-centered approach where I allow my clients to dig into their own understanding of themselves as a platform for healing, tailoring treatment to what would suit the client best.

I also offer custom workshops on the topic of trauma informed care to fit an organization's needs. Those interested can inquire for a quote. Jessica is a wonderful instructor and the information she presented has been incredibly valuable as we continued our work with the youth and young adults in our community, many of whom may have experienced trauma in their own lives.
