Pamela, the office manager, will be your only point of contact should there be any problems, and there will be. If she decides she does not like you, she will not answer or return your calls or emails. She will even avoid you on property. Writing to the management company, calling them, will get no response whatsoever.
I moved out on June 8, with rent paid up until the end of June. Without any communication to me, she rented out my apartment early. The parking space, mailbox and unit I was paying for, began being used by someone else! I only learned this when I visited her in the office to return

I've been at Winfield for almost a year now. I had a wonderful experience with Pam when I inquired (she was so promptly and professionally responsive), when I came in to sign the lease (was such an easy experience) and addressed anything that I required. I was so pleasantly surprised because I had experienced her great customer service at her previous work place. She is a great, sweet, kind person, greatly knowledgeable, professional and attentive manager. I love how they handle any maintenance issues so quickly and always leaving a wonderful note saying they were there and what was handled. The

If I could give this place ZERO stars, or even negative ratings, I would. I've been trying to get in touch with this property for a couple months now. I've called multiple phone numbers several times a week and sent numerous email about possible availabilities. No, I am not a resident, nor do I plan on becoming one after the lack of effort or courtesy to even respond to an email or answer a phone.

Stay away from this property. Pamela Cornett is absolutely useless as an office manager, lazy and rude, unresponsive. Paying over 2k a month was very stupid not at all worth it. After moving out they have held on to my deposit without any reason for over 2 months. Apartments are over priced and nowhere near luxury.

Pam has always been super helpful and kind whenever I’ve needed something. She always smiles and makes you feel welcome when you are coming home. Every time I see her she is constantly working on something to help the residents. For the amount of responsibilities she has, she does an excellent job. I rarely leave negative reviews, but when I was looking for apartments in Prescott, I found the Winfield at the Ranch team to be very difficult to communicate with. Over the course of several months, I tried to get in touch with the leasing office to discuss possible rentals and they had terrible customer service. I understand Prescott is a tight rental market, but property managers like these make it sound like it's impossible to move here from out of state. They were so condescending and mean. I felt like I was "begging" to be considered for their "exclusive" community (even as a professional

Any reviews other than 5 star for Pam Cornett must be coming from a space alien who just needs to go home. She could not have been more accommodating in helping me get through the details of getting an apartment as quickly as possible.
