I lived here for about a year, and if my roommates hadn't moved out, I would not have left at all. These apartments are spacious and I loved the location, as it is right next to the Cottonwood Rec center. The leasing staff was always courteous, prompt, and informative, and the maintenance guys were so friendly, I never felt uncomfortable reaching out for any reason.

Currently live here I love my apartment and everything about it the only downside is the parking. You get squatters who crash with their friends and take resident parking forcing some of us to park down the street and management won’t address it Traci in the office is wonderful quick responses and always helping. I just with us that pay rent there and have our vehicles registered there on our leases would get priority parking over squatters. There’s times I come home at midnight from work and a car is parked in every spot even the limited hours for the office parking and there’s always a

I enjoyed living here, it was always very clean and my neighbors were nice. The unit itself was spacious and in good repair. Management staff was only there a few days a week but they have multiple properties where it is easy to always reach someone and maintenance was always very responsive. If I were to ever move back I most definitely would come back here
