We have been going to advantage for several years now and Our son had his first cavity this year. It was our first time managing this kind of situation and Dr. Khan helped us through every step of the way. We had scheduled the procedure with another provider and regretted doing so, she wasn't very patient with my son and didn’t exactly set him up for success. My 5 year old son had asked for the TV but she started the procedure without turning it on also i felt like she was rushing him through it. He was hyperaware all the time due to the lack of distraction and the nerves got the best of him

The service is very professional and prompt on time for my appointment. The gentleman that did the x-rays was professional explained everything was thorough. My dentist was very informative give me all the information I needed to know. In order to maintain a healthy mouth and teeth. The dental hygienist was friendly thorough. She was not rough she explained everything that was going on. This was a very pleasant experience an informative.

Office ladies are super nice and scheduling was very easy. My initial exam was easy and they answered any questions I had and explained what needed to be done. I had a deep clean done and the hygienist did a great job and did her best to make me comfortable. Overall great experience considering nobody enjoys going to the dentist! Would definitely recommend!

Finding an honest dentist should not be so hard! But apparently, it is.
This liars took my x-rays and then claimed that both of my back molars were cracked and that I needed to get that taken care of by getting crowns before I had major problems.
I have an extremely healthy set of teeth so whenever a dentist comes to me with serious issues, I become skeptical. I didn't even know what a crown was at this point because my teeth are that problem free.
I recently visited another dentist where I got more x-rays done. She said my teeth were great and that I had zero issues

Everyone at Advantage Dental is so friendly and helpful. Amy is an awesome office manager and the other two front desk associates are always willing to assist with getting sooner appts and reminding patients of their appts. Dr Khan has excellent bedside manners and well experienced. She cares about her patients and she makes sure patient care is priority. I would recommend this facility for dental care!!

I am so sick of the condescending tone in which the staff at this office tries to use with my son and I. Today was the very last straw. My 5yo left feeling ashamed and upset because of his gag reflexes and anxiety about the dentist that this dentist is aware of. Six months ago we were there for his check up and we received a referral to a "sister facility" upon the premise that I would be able to come into the room with my son during his procedure. We ended up not going due to COVID, and now all of a sudden I am being told "I am pretty sure that no one will let you in during a sedation

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Professional, courteous and friendly staff made me feel like family. Dr Khan was amazing. She explained everything very nicely and professionally and worked on my cavities very gently and I never needed to take pain killer.

I can not trust this place. Before doing the service, i asked them which money my insurance company would cover and which one i would pay. They gave me a clear list which is included the different amount for both parts -customer and insurance company. I did choose the service as per the given list and paid for my part. 1 week later , they called me and informed that my insurance company did not agree to pay for the rest so i had to pay for 100% my service over there. Can you imagine ? They said they just informed me the estimated amount ? so their estimated amount was up to 100%. I consider it

I had an appointment @3 I got into a room a about 3:20 and got my i am currently sitting in a chair and have been here since 3:45 it is currently 4:33 I have been here for almost an hour an there are nurses standing around and talking and sweeping floors but no one has come to clean my teeth and the office closes at 5 terrible experience

Do not come here. My daughter had an appointment at 3:30 and they did not take her in until 5. Mind the fact that we got here 30 minutes early.They made her wait in the room for 20+ minutes before being seen. Within that hour and a half I went up to an older blonde lady and asked how much longer she thought they would take to call her back and she told me she was next very rudely.they did not call her back until an hour later. I like this dentist tbh . Like I used to go to south Texas dental and that place is really ghetto and nasty and they aren't good at booking your appointment on time and my mom took me to Atascocita and took me to advantage dentist , they have it so clean and talk to u really nice especially to my little brother they make us clean our teeth in the same room so our siblings can get comfortable and I also got my wisdom tooth out from them and I had a pleasant experience !

First let me say I only went to this Advantage Dentist because they take the state insurance for Foster kids. I had an 8am appointment for my FOSTER kid and it was not until 10am did they call us back. Not sure why they have appointment system. Next they told me they were filling a cavity needless to say they did not consult me before installing silver not ceramic caps on his two front teeth. His front teeth were straight and now they are all out of alignment and huge. He went from having a cute smile to now huge silver crooked teeth. I guess because they are foster kids and wards of

Just finished our third annual visit and have continued to be impressed with both their service snd customer service. My son needed a lot of work done this past visit. He's 7 and it's his first time getting fillings. DR. Liu and her assistant were wonderful with him. They kept me posted on everything they did and let me come check on him whenever I wanted. They took it slow and didn't try to cram all 9 fillings in one visit. They kept him at ease and, once he learned how to notify them when he could feel pain, he says it didn't hurt. Do not come here. I had a scheduled appointment and have been waiting over an hour. Now they come and tell me the system is down and if I could come back another time. I took the day off for this! The sad part is I'm coming to repair a filling that came out that they did. I will not be returning ever again despite the convenience to my home. Do not do it!

This place has changed and not for the better. My children had a 2:30 appt. We were 15 minutes early (not new patients, no changes with our insurance, etc.,) my son wasn't called in until 1 hour later, my daughter was called in 20 minutes after my son. The staff isn't rude but they aren't friendly either. They aren't considerate of their patients valuable time. It seems like over booking is an issue here. I will be looking for another dentist, time is too precious to waste in the waiting room of an organized dental office. RIDICULOUS!

I can't even rate this place. Incompetent staff and too many kids. Do not go to this dentist! They left me over the holidays for over a month with two temporary crowns on that kept falling off every three days. Next they took over an hour and a half to do impressions then I got a call to come back in because they were wrong. BAD place!
