The staff members of Cullman-Heritage Funeral Home will guide your family in creating a meaningful ceremony to honor the life and memory of a loved one. A ceremony can be anything you wish it to be: simple or elaborate, traditional or unique. No matter how it's tailored, such a ceremony is an important step in recovering from loss.

It's important to take the time to acknowledge the uniqueness of the deceased: the individuality of their personality, and the uniqueness of their life's path. Accepted customs of dress and behavior in a funeral have changed over time, but courtesy never goes out of style. Here's what we'd like you to know about funeral etiquette.

If place should be closed down. They are some of the rudest people ive ever dealt with. You cant be a stuck up snobby prood to people who just lost their loved one. They made the whole ordeal of our mothers passing so much than it had to be. Luckly we moved my mother to moss funeral home where we were more than satified with everything they were able to help us with to make this difficult time easier than heritage was making it

I have complained about the shape Williams Southside is in (also owned by Doug Williams of Cullman Heritage). I sent an online contact on 8/26/19. To date no one has responded. The drive into Williams Southside needs to be paved - deep holes, will tear your car up. My father's head stone is covered in dirt/ant beds. No one seems to care.
