Worst insurance broker I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Looking at the last review it says they dealt with George. Funny, owner told me they fired George. I said that might explain the poor customer service. She said yes that’s why he was fired. So ask her to cancel my policy as I found MUCH better and MUCH cheaper coverages elsewhere. She promised to do it immediately. Week passes no word. Send an email asking for update and am told request had been sent. 3 weeks later I get a bill and cancellation notice from insurance company! Sure take my money and give me zero, nothing in
