I understand the consequences of a criminal arrest or a criminal prosecution can be devastating, especially for someone with no or a minimal criminal record. A criminal charge is an extremely stressful time, to say the least. Many times, especially with DUIs, there is much at stake. The collateral consequences, such as the sky-high insurance rates associated with a DUI conviction, are sometimes worse than the direct consequences, such as fines and probation.
Florida Statue 877.03 defines Disorderly Conduct (including the term Affray) as a person who commits an act that is of a nature to corrupt the public morals, or outrage the sense of public decency, or affect the peace and quiet of persons who may witness them, or engages in brawling or fighting (Affray), or engages in such conduct as to constitute a breach of the peace or disorderly conduct.
According to Florida Statute 784.045(1)(a) the crime of Aggravated Battery is defined as an intentional battery with a deadly weapon, intentionally causing great bodily harm, or battery against a pregnant person. The crime of Aggravated Battery is a second-degree felony and is a Level 7 offense under Florida's Criminal Punishment Code.

Best Lawyer I’ve ever had, I highly recommend this man. My first 2 criminal charges which were 2 different occasions he got withheld for me. Later down the road i ran into some trouble and got another charge. I had a charge that could possibly ruin my future career and could ruin my chance to receive financial aid for school. I had little options and not very much money.
