The Law Office of Beth Mann was referred by my realtor when I needed one. I thought it was just for the sake of formality in the beginning and accepted it for its excellent value. Beth Mann law office was that rare combination of excellent service and reasonable price! I live in Ohio and Beth Mann guided me through the Illinois real estate process which is significantly different (and more complicated.)
The staff is easy to deal with, responsive and no-nonsense. All in all, I couldn't have asked for more. Also my long time realtor, who does work out of Chicago, was quite impressed as well

Beth's and her staff went above and beyond mine and my husbands expectations. We used her and her office for the selling and buying of our new home. They are on top of everything which is why everything went so smooth for us with both transactions.
