The technician came out on a Sunday for emergency work for us on the weekend. He was very accommodating , nice, helpful and took pride in his work. Even went the extra mile for cosmetic appeal. However the owner, Texas, was completely rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional the next day regarding payment. He called me demanding payment or he would come back to dig his equipment out of the ground. As I've told the technician, the first one who inquired about payment method, I submit the invoice to the finance department and they in turn produce a check. His staff failed to follow his weekend

Had an issue with bad sewage smell. Took the proper steps to address the issue. That didn't work. The owner Texas came the next day. Him and another associate checked everything addressed the problem. Texas and staff are very professional and explained everything well. They adjusted the price accordingly and were more then fair. I would recommend this company to my friends and family!

Highly recommend...........I called speedy plumbing on a weeknight around 8 pm and was able to talk to the owner (Texas). I explained to him the situation and he assured me he could come out the next day to see what was going on. I had to work the next day so I asked if he could come once I got off work and he agreed (very accommodating).
Once he arrived he thoroughly checked all the pipes and came up with the conclusion that it was a hot water leak under our house. Rather then charge us a ridiculous amount to have our concrete slab broken up he suggested we bypass the water line thru the attic

I called them to fix my well and I paid them over 500 dollars. All the money that I had. The well issue was not fixed and I feel that I had wasted money. Do not pay for any plumbing services untill your issue is fixed. I should have been advised that they could not fix the problem that I had. I feel they racked up bills that wasted my money. I wish they told me in the beginning they could not fix it and then I would not have had them start on it.
