At SpineCare Chiropractic Center we focus on discovering the true cause of your pain, removing it and educating you on ways to prevent it from coming back in the future. We pride ourselves on taking the time to talk to you, do a detailed comprehensive exam so we can get an accurate picture of your overall health and not just give you a temporary band aid type of care.
Simply put, we take the time to find the true source of your problem rather than merely covering up your symptoms. These and other variations are examples of what we hear on a regular basis from patients who have been helped by our specific treatment protocol. Helping you begins first with listening to you.
From the moment you enter our office you will know you have come to the right place. You will be welcomed by our wonderful chiropractic assistant Amy. She will help you fill out some simple forms on your past health history, if you haven't already filled them out (Download forms). Once completed she will give you a brief tour of our office which will finish in the exam room where you will be met by one of our doctors.
At SpineCare we take a comprehensive approach to your health care. When dealing with musculoskeletal pain and problems will believe that massage therapy plays an integral role in the healing process. Although we recognize the value of a gentle swedish massage, that is not the type of massage we focus on at SpineCare.

Such a warm and inviting atmosphere! Heather is an intent listener, very thorough in her questions, and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate her support with women-specific issues! I have not worked with him, but BJ is very friendly as well! The massage therapist is super friendly and helpful, and the admin is fantastic! Love the family atmosphere!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Everyone in this office is AMAZING.....friendly, caring and professional. You will never feel like just another appointment, each visit is tailored to your current personal needs. They truly care about you and how they can help you to feel better, I have always left feeling remarkably better then when I arrived. My experience with Spinecare has been superior each visit. Both Dr. Heather and Dr. BJ have helped me with the s-curve ( scoliosis) as well as a bout of frozen shoulder all through 2020. They are knowledgeable and extremely caring.
Having had a couple bad experiences from other chiropractor practices I was reluctant to try again but, I'm so glad I did! I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. BJ and Heather are fantastic! The office is very nice and comfortable, with more than enough privacy. I appreciate the time they take to listen to me when I describe the pain and discomfort I'm experiencing and they focus their treatment on getting me relief. I have been to several chiropractors over the years for back/neck pain and Dr. BJ & Heather are the best around. The on-site Massage Therapist has been an added bonus for me, as I can get an adjustment and massage appointment together.

I find this practice to be very caring and ethical in their approach. I have had some not so positive experiences with other offices so I know a good one when I see one.
I highly recommend both doctors at Spinecare and drive from downtown Raleigh for my appointments because they are worth it!

I love Dr. Heather because she's able to fix my incredibly painful herniated disc that keeps me awake at night when it flares up and impacts my nerves severely, with one single adjustment. This is not the norm though. The vast majority of people need a treatment plan, but Dr. Heather has the magic touch and if you need chiropractic treatment, please don't hesitate to go to her. We're very lucky to have a Palmer graduate in our area!

Always a great experience everytime I am in the office. A year ago I moved to North Carolina. Before I moved I was using the Ideal Protein program as part of my weight loss program. After moving here I searched for a doctor who manages the Ideal Protein Weight loss program. Lucky for me I came across Spinecare Chiropractic

Dr. Creehan is wonderful! I had never seen a chiropractor before, but am so glad I decided to give it a go. It always amazes me how he can tell exactly what my problem areas are before I even tell him, and can always provide treatment for relief! I leave feeing better every time! Now I don't know what I would do without him!

I moved to Durham, NC and needed to find a chiropractor for problems I was having with my hip. After trying three different chiropractors, I found SpineCare. My daughter was actually Dr. Brad Creehan's client first, and she was so happy with her experience, I decided to give him a try. I was having problems with my shoulder and am very surprised at how quickly Dr. Brad was able to correct my problem, while explaining to me what was going on in terms I could understand. I've been participating in the Ideal Protein program offered at this office since the middle of July. I transferred from another practice in which I was dissatisfied.
I was immediately taken by the warm, supportive atmosphere. Brad Creehan listens and gives constructive advice. He offers tools to help understand and guide the weight loss progress. His team works together to make sure it is the best experience possible. The product selection is impressive as well as the value.
At the age of 59 I'd given up on ever reaching a normal BMI, decreasing my A1C from 7.2 to 5.4 in 3
