Dr. Christopher Outten is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He has been in private practice in Cary for over 20 years. He practiced in New Paltz, N.Y. for two years before coming to North Carolina. He was President of the NCCA in 2003-2004 and continues to be involved and make a difference in our state.

When I was twelve years old I was in a automobile accident and have had lower back pain ever since. Over the years, the pain would come & go, but as time passed the pain got worse & came more frequently until finally it just quit going away. When I first came to Dr. Outten's office I was in constant pain.
We are proud to introduce the Associate postural analysis system into the practice. The Associate is the newest tool in digitally scanning your feet to visibly demonstrate foot and posture problems. The time it takes to scan your feet takes no longer than it would to read this sentence! All postural scans are included in your first visit in the office as part of our treatment of care to you as a practice member.
Cold Laser Therapy has the unique physical properties capable of penetrating up to 6 inches below the skin surface creating an increase in cellular metabolism without pain or tissue damage. Laser Therapy is the use of specific wavelengths of light (red and near infrared) to create therapeutic effects.

This chiropractor and his staff are unbeatable. At my last visit, my daughter unexpectedly threw up in their office (it was horrifying and basically my worst nightmare). Lisa and the ladies on staff were just incredible; they immediately took care of the situation, put my mind at ease and completely reassured me that it was ok. They even brought a water bottle out to the car for me, to help take care of any mess. These people are family.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Outten Chiropractic. Until meeting Dr. Chris, I struggled daily with back pain - there were not enough massages or ice packs to resolve the pain. In my short time (only a few months), my pain is gone. My family never hears me talk about my pain anymore. It's been such a blessing. But more than the treatment, I have been so grateful for the warm and caring environment Dr. Chris has created within his practice. Every employee cares for you as though you were a member of their family. If you are looking for a chiropractor, I encourage you to stop searching

The treatments that I've received by Dr. Outten over the past year and 4 months have alleviated the back pain that I experienced and no longer need the pillow to sit on while I drive! Also, I don't use the Bio-Freeze any longer. If I didn't get the results specified above through the Outten Chiropractic I probably
wouldn't be going there twice a month. Results matter!

As soon as I was diagnosed with two herniated disks, I contacted Dr. Outten. I knew from previous experience that Spinal Decompression therapy was the only non-surgical therapy that was going to bring me any relief. I have been a patient of Dr. Outten since 2006. I have a fracture in my lower back and because of his knowledge and care, I can move freely without pain. The Dr./Patient relationship is bar none and he always takes as much time as needed at every appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Outten because I believe he is the best.

If you’re even for a second having a doubt on whether you should seek Chiropractic care or not...GO to Outten Chiro! I didn’t know what to expect before my first visit and I truly was blown away. Right when you walk in the door you immediately feel seen, cared for, and safe.

When we moved from Georgia, we were concerned we wouldn't find a chiropractor we liked as much as the one we were leaving. Well, we like Dr. Outten even more! It's so nice to have nearly full range of motion in my neck again. I can actually look over my shoulder now instead of turning my whole body (a pretty handy thing when driving), and pain no longer limits my activities. Bonus: His staff is just as fantastic!
