At IncrediCare, the nurses and caregivers we hire and assign to a family are all carefully selected and have significant experience and training. We select caregivers who know how to deal with each particular client's conditions and problems. Caregivers are also chosen based on a client's specific personality and needs.

At IncrediCare, our attorney and discharge planners are there to care for our clients every step of the way. They work with families to manage their loved one's need for home care after being discharged from the hospital, or after being diagnosed with a chronic or long-term illness.

I was referred to give Incredicare a call and discuss my situation with locating the right caretaker for my elder mother. She's quite the character so I needed a firm but joyful caretaker to assist on her daily routine. I tried several caretaker companies for my elderly parents before Incredicare. They are far above all the others. It's not that we haven't sometimes had problems, but over the last few years they have been very responsive, and not only that, but I have been able to see them improve their system--they really take suggestions or complaints seriously and actually DO something about them. They try to treat each case personally. As one person from the company said to me recently, everyone's needs are different. I am a person who needs lots of good communication, and they have done extraordinarily well

I’d wholeheartedly recommend IncrediCare to anyone in need of any form of senior assistance. When my grandmother fell down and fractured her hip, IncrediCare was our saving grace. I still don’t know how we would have gotten through that ordeal without all that they did for us. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate every single last one of grandma’s whims and needs.
