Home health aides, certified nursing assistants and personal care assistants provide in-home care for patients who require assistance with activities of daily living. 1st Adult & Pediatric Healthcare Services provide aides to assist with or provide care as outlined and developed by a supervising RN in the Aide Plan of Care.

If you decide to work for this company BE SURE to save/SCREENSHOT any & all texts, agreements or conversations. I worked for this company all of a month and a half but was NOT paid correctly the entire time. I spoke with the person in charge of payroll & was ensured after the very 1st paycheck I would be compensated for the unpaid wages immediately. Here it is, a month later & I'm STILL getting the run around. If you pay for your background check upfront (child registry form) KEEP THE RECIEPT BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE IT OUT OF YOUR PAYCHECK & NOT COMPENSATE FOR THAT EITHER. I have spoken to NUMEROUS

After trying multiple agencies in Roanoke for pediatric nursing we found out that this one staffs nurses in Roanoke also! They are brand new and have some things to perfect, but they've been incredibly helpful. They have found multiple nurses and were supportive when I wasn't happy with the nurse they staffed. Within a week we had another one. I'm so thankful we found them!
