Our initial consultation fee is a nominal fee of $250.00 per half hour. This gives you a chance to meet with us and it gives us an opportunity to consider your case in greater detail. We will quote our fee for the entire case and we will credit the fee paid for your initial consultation to the total fee.
The investor must show that he/she has either made or is actively in the process of making a substantial investment in an enterprise. The enterprise must be a business. It cannot, for example, be an expensive house. At the present time, there is no minimum dollar figure established for meeting the requirement of "substantial" investment.

We hired Leon to help us with all the paperwork for me to become a permanent resident. I entered the country as a tourist with my wife (we're married in the US; she's a US citizen). He told us what to get, what to submit, and with only one meeting with him and some email communications (very responsive) he sent all the documentation to the USCIS office. After waiting the allotted time for the USCIS to process everything, I got my interview, and got my green card. Straightforward. No dramas.

Leon has probably been one of the biggest blessings of my life! Here I am two years later, Attorney Snaid helped me get my first Green-card. It was a worry free process.

Leon is an incredibly professional individual and truly understands the complexity of Immigration Law and what needs to be done in order to file an application successfully. If I can give a 0 I would. I called and spoke to him over the phone. When I explained my case, he was quick to judge, rushed me off the phone and even said horrible things to me!! No compassion at all! It's a blessing in disguise because I found a better Lawyer who is kind, willing to listen, understanding and was compassionate. I just got the immigration papers for my wife. What a relief.... Just the thought of doing the paper work and passing the exam is already a headache and so much pressure because one bad step can lead to terrible consequences. Leon has been so great with us and our case. When we applied for my green card the first time round, we did it on our own with no legal help, and we did it all wrong. We applied all the forms separately (more expensive), and too close to the wedding date. That's when we realized that this process wasn't as easy as we had imagined it would be.
