Pizza Factory

The 🍕 Factory is a historical restaurant to Cedar City. Over the past year, I experienced a few issues and the manager has not only ironed these out improving the business service, he’s been ever so kind in gifting and crediting us when there was an issue. We love the pizza so much, that it didn’t matter to me- I can get those other pizza’s in the big cities lol- The history and my experiences do far at The Pizza Factory make it a special treat when we do get pizza here!

The pizza was ok but would’ve been more enjoyable In a better environment.
We were there a couple hours before closing and still felt rushed to leave.
The staff is all very young and wasn’t the best at customer service . I felt like they could’ve been more friendly and it seems like we had to ask for everything instead of them having necessities like plates already on the table .
The group next to us expressed the same frustration.
The place smelled too much like Lysol as they started spraying before we were done with our food.

Pizza is good if you can ever get them to answer the phone. I'm tired of taking 20 minutes to call 5 times and ring for 10 times each to finally give up and go somewhere else. I can't tell you how many times this happens, and doesn't matter what day or time of day. Very very frustrating!

Their food is so yummy. I always get a pasta dish but my family tells me the pizza and calzones are delicious too.

I used to come here with my soccer team for summer games so when my family was down here I recommended it. The food is amazing and I have no issues with it. But last night we went and it was kind of a mess. There was two girls who weren’t really helpful. But more specifically I asked one of the waiters about my breadsticks and why I hadn’t gotten them yet…. I asked nicely. I usually don’t ask but it had been awhile since I ordered. Her comment back was “well we’re trying our best.” In a snarky tone. I was just asking if it was coming since I ordered first and everyone at my table

The Pizza Factory is our go to place for a late lunch with friends. The restaurant is large enough for a good size group and we never feel rushed. My favorite day to go there is Wednesday because Calzones are on the special and they are always very good. My wife has the small pizza and salad bar, she’s says it’s always good and never disappoints.

It's alright. I'm sad that it isn't as good of quality like as the other locations in Utah. Pizzas were about the same quality as Little Cesar's but much more expensive. I'd go again as long as I have a discount!

We were hesitant to come here after seeing the 2.5 star total reviews but really glad we did. Obviously we aren't the only people that were glad because it got pretty busy while we were eating. Our food came fairly quickly, the workers were nice & positive, and the pizza was great! We got a half margarita, half BBQ chicken pizza & neither disappointed! Pizzas are such a greasy mess. You’ve seen that Gordon Ramsey episode where he goes into a restaurant and asks for the pizza that ends up being DRENCHED IN GREASE? Yeah, same experience here. It’s very home made local stuff and the dough was soft yes, but the cheese and toppings came off every time I grabbed a slice. The chicken wings are pretty good though. I had to just throw away half the pizza. I’d go into cardiac arrest if I had any more. The staff are very nice though for it being super busy, god bless their souls they are wonderful people. My pizza was the factory deluxe.

I've never had such soft and delicious dough on a pizza in my life! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, my family felt so welcome on each visit. I've found my new favorite pizza factory!

Here's the deal, if you've ever been to a different Pizza Factory location, you know how amazing the delicious garlic bread twist breadsticks are. I was craving them on a road trip so we ordered them and picked them up. Unfortunately, this location's breadsticks are completely different than every other Pizza Factory location's breadsticks. They are not even close to as good and don't even remotely look or taste the same. Huge bummer.

We were burnt out of pizza so we ordered pasta, fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and cheese tortellini with rose Alfredo. Both were delicious. The kids really loved the cheesy garlic bread with pepperoni too! 10/10 will order again

This is one of those Cedar City places that has been around for decades. I've been going here for 15 years. The pizza is not the best. They need to rework their dough recipe. The crust is more like your grandmother's bread dough rolled out and topped. They changed their wait service a few years ago and basically it sucks. You order then find your table. If you would like some extra sauce or want to add something. You have to go get in line again and order it.
It seems that every time I go, the girl taking orders is confused and subsequently messes up the order.
The food is predictable

Honestly this one of the best places to eat in town!
I've been many times and I always leave completely satisfied. There's a nice feel to this little restaurant that is great for any occasion.
If you aren't interested in pizza don't worry the rest of their food is great as well! The soup is particularly good and the breadsticks are perfect!
No problems with service and we were checked on multiple times throughout our meal.

Such a terrible place to eat I come in and order and and go to find a table but all the tables were dirty so I go up to the front and ask if I can get someone to wipe one down and the lady at the front and she has to audacity to tell me to go find someone else so I'm a lol upset but I let it slide and find someone else then I sit down and they mess up my order and I have to wait like 20 mins for a tiny pizza and I finally get it and it taste terrible. Awful experience

Delicious and tasty menu!! Fresh quality food served with Friendly and prompt service. Great place to eat for all occasions!

Not sure what this place is really about??? BUT ITS A MESS!
1st, there is huge menu that is absolutely confusing. Then there are different menus that are displayed all over the front counter with different specials and deals, just a sloppy confusing mess. 2nd, you have to order at the front counter, yes NO servers and all the customers are plied up at the front counter to place orders, looking at the menu trying to figure out what they want. You feel totally rushed and uncomfortable. After that ordeal, you still not sure your order is correct. 3rd pizza is horrible, cheese is not even fully melted

If you have been to the fast food chain Fazoli's, this is simply a local version. I prefer the Fazoli's chain dramatically, which does not say a lot for this local staple. It is fine for what it is- casual fast food.

I ordered the half portion pasta dinner ($9.31 w tax). Like almost everything in Cedar City, the portion was outrageous. I had my meal with cheese ravioli with rose Alfredo, a breadstick, and a Caesar salad. I took half of the ravioli home and focused my energy towards the breadstick and salad. This is a fun place for a really large group to gather and not worry about noise. There is quite a bit of variety and a fresh salad bar. They offer a low carb veggie pasta, along with many varieties of regular pasta and all kinds of pizza.
I'm mostly a salad girl, so I didn't try the pizza on this visit but when I have in the past it was pretty good.

Have to say the Breadsticks with alfreado is my ultimate favorite. Never go wrong ordering the breadsticks.

They have changed up the way you order. You now order when you walk in and seat your self. Put the good old number on the table and wait for your order. Not sure I like this. It seemed nicer when they had waiters and it was a tradition sit down restaurant. Lost the personal feel.

Again the breadsticks were fantastic and the rest of the meal was ok.
