From begging to the end of the project their customer service was Exceptional! Jeremiah was courteous and explained the work that needed to be done w/o any "fluff" or "padding". Michelle called me almost daily because of the rain to get my roof repair done on a timely basis. The Crew that came out was on time, courteous and did a great job!
I Highly recommend KLR Roofing!! You will be happy you went with KLR because they do their work in Excellence!

Michael and Michelle were awesome! We had a leak in our roof. Michael came out yesterday assessed the situation gave me a fair price and had his crew out here today. The guys did a great job and cleaned up the site like they were never here. Great company to work with!!

We knew we had a leak in the past in our roof but also noticed some places that had the beginnings of rotted or waterdamaged wood around the "gutters". The representative came out and did a good job of going all over the roof and in the attic. It took a while to get back to us due to it being hurricane season but I was persistent, since they have excellent ratings and come highly recommended by our neighbors. I had a roof leak (obviously) and called a few companies. KLR was the first to respond and the first to come out and provide an estimate. They were very professional and honest. In FACT, it was recommended I DIDN'T have the work done (I was told it was a leak that would only happen once every few years and it wasn't necessarily worth fixing at that time). Then the leak reared it's ugly head again and I had no choice but to fix it. I called KLR, during rainy season no less, and within a couple of weeks they had it fixed. I had hired this firm because they did previous work for me. My sisters house need fascia replaced. When his workers showed up and started my sister called me to say they were using drywall spackle to fill wood they were supposed to replace. I called Mike and was livid. He came over to her house and saw the container of spackle in their truck. No one will speak English. I told Mike this like fraud and elder abuse. His Estimator Jeremiah said at quote he may have to lift tiles on roof so flashing is correct. Had he looked properly, he could have seen her roof is shingles. I let them finish after
