Once I gave the go ahead to start, they kept me updated through the entire process from obtaining the permit through beginning work to completion. Alex and the team went above and beyond what we expected. They were quick to answer and we were able to receive an appointment within a couple of days. They are true experts in their field. Got them to replace the ridge vents on my roof and they lasted 2 years. Both vents that were replaced are lifted and causing roof leaks. Inside you can see water damage lines up with ridge vents. This should have prolonged the life of my roof 10 years but actually made me have to replace my roof sooner and just cost me $40,000. Because of improper installation. The screws they used were to short. Don't use this company!
