As a customer, you can feel confident that the service work performed at Marty's Auto Works is backed with a warranty. Get peace of mind by knowing that all OEM Engine, Mechanical Parts and Labor are covered. Repair/Labor and Parts Warranty covers most services for a minimum of 12 months/12,000 miles on parts and labor if OEM parts are installed.
1. Do you require an appointment and how long will it take to complete the repairs? We don't require appointments but we do recommend them to ensure your vehicle will be repaired in a more timely fashion. We try to complete most repairs the same day. If we suspect the vehicle will take longer than one day, we will advise you as early as possible to transportation arrangements can be made in advance.

Took my car to Marty's because my car wouldn't turn over. They said it was a sensor & replaced it. A couple of days later the same problem started again. After a week + of looking at my car, they were scratching their heads. I took my car to a different mechanic and he had it figured out and fixed in under 48 hours. The crew at Marty's are very professional and friendly, but I came away with no satisfaction.

I have been using Marty's for years even at their old location. I have NEVER been disappointed. They have always under promised and over delivered. I trust what they say needs to be done and sometimes I have suggested things that they said I did not need. They understand great customer service starts with great communication and they have mastered that. They also understand that to keep a customer for life ,knowing there are more cars they will own that need work done, DON"T RIP THEM OFF! , and we will keep coming back , just like I do . Made an appointment last week for a few problems with the power steering, coolant system, thermostat, and serpentine belt. Had it done the same day I dropped it off. They also recognized a known issue and provided a great solution to be scheduled. This was my first time using Marty's and very impressed. Happy to have found them.
