I’m very particular about service to my F-150. Anthony and Jim spotted an issue and didn’t have parts on hand. Rather than leave me without a vehicle for 6 days over the holiday weekend, they really worked a miracle within 2 hours. Great customer service and professionalism. Would highly recommend to anyone! My elderly mother's Infiniti was missing bolts to the skid plate so I took it to OCC. Anthony pleasantly greeted me and immediately put it on the lift and installed the proper bolts and showed me what he installed. He helped me solve a problem waiting to happen and did it without charging me. That is quality customer service and certainly gained my trust for future service. I will definitely use Oviedo Car Care when the need arrives.

My car stopped starting so I had it towed to Oviedo car care. They were able to diagnose the issue over the course of a day and it ended up being a small fuse that needed to be replaced cause by an open circuit. They didn't run me around and try to get me to do extra work that I didn't need or waste my time. The mechanic even gave me a few extra fuses in case the same problem happened again. I highly recommend them

I've been in Oviedo a long time, but recently found Oviedo Car Care when my son was having diffuculty accessing and replacing an oxygen sensor he bought online for his Mustang. This was the ONLY repair shop that I could find in Oviedo that was willing to help him out by installing a part he had already purchased. That went a long way in gaining my respect and earning my business for subsequent jobs.
So, this is my third time taking a vehicle (Ford Mustang, Lexus GS350 & GMC Acadia) to Oviedo Car Care. Just today, I had my wife's Acadia alternator and battery replaced.

First time customer and I'm kicking myself for not using them before now. I've lived in Oviedo too long not to have been a customer. I think I know a little more than the average person about cars but I still leave most shops feeling uneasy. But not here. They diagnosed my problems with the AC condenser and coolant system timely, explained the repair in terms I could understand, charged the right price, and treated me kindly. I own four cars and this shop will get my business exclusively from now on.

Up until mid summer I was driving around with a broken a/c that was blowing hot air! I usually shy away from car shops mainly because of GREEEEEED BUT-- that wasn't the case here. The people are very nice and straight to the point. No shadiness here. And my A/C was fixed, finally! I was concerned about a possible leak so they used a dye to see if there is any leaking in the future to pinpoint the possible location. So far so good!

Anthony, Jonathan, and Angel are all great at Oviedo Car Care. I took my car in for two new wheel bearings. The next day I heard another noise. I brought the car back in and Anthony rode with me to hear the noise. He discovered what the problem was and fixed it in minutes.

It was time to replace my brakes as they were pulsing. I brought it to Anthony for that. I also told him my steering was getting sloppy every now and then. We went for a test drive and he diagnosed it with 5 minutes. I needed rack and pinion replacement. He also said if I got in a panic situation the car would not respond the way I needed it to.
He was right! I was able to pick it the following day and went to meet my customers in Kissimmee( I am a realtor ) and was driving on 192. Another car merged from my right and didn't see me and cut across three lanes. It was good there was a fourth lane

Everyone was super helpful and professional. I bought in my Lexus after another highly rated shop tried to tell me I probably needed to replace my ac system and it was going to take many hours. I went here and they fixed my issue so fast doing a recharge and evac after I had a friend replace the ac compressor. and cared about my car. It is now blowing cold and runs perfectly!

Amazing customer service is guaranteed at this business - every, single time! As the parent of a student at UCF who does not live in Orlando, I was directed through AAA to Oviedo Car Care. What I found was a business that was ethical and honest, and always kept her vehicle running well. At times, it was an honest conversation about what had to be done, and what could be scheduled for a future time that would not compromise safety. As a parent, that was invaluable. I found their prices reasonable, and I was very happy to be able to support a local business.

My car was having trouble before this place even opened for the day. We came 10 minutes before they opened. The owner, without hesitation was getting out of his car to start his work day here, and came over to ask what needed to be fixed with my car. Super friendly, never once have had a bad experience here. They're extremely helpful and never give you attitude at all. They're always willing to help and get the job done ABOVE expectations. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area! GO HERE.

I can't say enough good things about Oviedo Car Care. I had tried preventative maintenance at Mahoney's to replace the fuel pump. They did an awful job, as the hose popped off of the pump they installed a day after I got home and I had to have it towed back to them. The second time they said they fixed it, But then the check engine light kept coming on and I still smelled gas which told me they still didn't do a good job at Mahoney's. Rather than take it back to them a third time I took it to Oviedo Car Care. They quickly dropped the tank down and fixed the seal to the gas tank

Oviedo Car Care misaligned our driver side window when it needed to be repaired. and then they broke the electric door locks on the control panel when they attempted to repair the misalignment.
they almost let us drive off with a broken mechanism BOTH TIMES! and this was after we were on a first name basis with the manager Anthony.
truly the worst mechanic experience ive ever had and they don't deserve anyone's money or time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is a SCAM! My car wouldn't start so we had AAA recommend and tow us to this place (they are clearly working together to scam innocent people) Anyways, after waiting over 2 hours they came to the conclusion that the fuel pump was broken and quoted us $600!!!!! After calling around and getting quotes between $250- $300 I realized they were just trying to scam college students over. However, when I asked to have my car re-towed to a different shop, I saw one of the employees DRIVING my car to the lot.. wait, but I was just told it would

My husband and I have been coming here for years after AAA took my car here when my alternator went bad. Dealing with such honesty in a field I know nothing about is so refreshing. I am thankful Jason and his team are always there for our cars. *They do get busy, it is always best to get your car over there early in the am, or even drop it off the night before, if you can.

I'm recent to the area and this is only the second mechanic I've tried, but I think I have a winner. I had a radiator replaced on a Honda CRV. They quoted me a very fair price over the phone and to my delight when the car was ready, the price remained the same. Actually I paid 10% less on the labor because I had AAA. I didn't even know they had a discount, but I will remember now!

About 3 weeks ago my Honda Accord's engine check light came on, and I took it in to Coggins Honda and they told me that the engine was burning oil, and that I would need a new engine, and it would cost me $3,300 to have everything done.
