Roberts Insurance Agency of NY is an independent full service insurance agency serving all of New York state. Our trademark is our extraordinary customer service. We have never advertised nor have we used the current marketing gimmicks of national companies. All of our clients have come to us by "word of mouth" advertising.
Todd C. Roberts has nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Todd began his career in 1990 as a door to door insurance salesman where he learned the value of customer service. In 1993 he was promoted to sales manager. Within one year, he became the branch manager of his firm. His responsibilities included hiring, training and developing 17 counties in Northeast Pennsylvania.
