John and David came to my house same day and repaired a leaky bathtub faucet and shower head. They explained what they were doing, wore booties over their shoes to protect my floors and tried more than one thing to come up with the best option for my problem. They were kind and professional. I also liked that they after they learned of the problem, they called their lead plumber to go over the best options to fix it. I would recommend them anytime!

John was my technician this morning and I was super impressed. First off, when I called, the dispatch guy was able to give me a price range. Then a John arrived right away … less than an hour from my call! He explained the issue and what he was doing. He answered my questions without making me feel dumb. It was a slightly more complex problem than we thought at first but his solution was spot on and he finished quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Please, do not use this company, If you do, be sure get a second quote. My shower handle started to drip, so I called Art Douglas plumbing, cannot lie the free estimate was very enticing But as you learn in life nothing's really free. The technician came out within an hour and a 1/2 first off he went in my shower didn't put anything down and got black all over the bottom of my shower. He spent maybe 5 minutes in the shower didn't really do anything and I was informed that, the the ring that held the cartridge on the handle that was causing the drip had calcification and he

I called them at 7 a.m. and Andrew was very professional and said that he could get a technician to me that same morning, and he did. Technician Robert showed up about 8 a.m. and fixed the problem that I was having before 9 a.m.. Robert was very professional as well. I was very happy and still am. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is in need of a plumber.

I've had this company out to my house twice this week, once to have my AC serviced and my rental property and secondly to repair my faucet filters (it had 3 filters!). John came out on the last one and did a nice job of finding all three filters, cleaning them out and boom I have nice water pressure now. Art Douglas Plumbing is my new go to company, especially since I received both services on the same day I called!!! Unheard of.

Had an issue with our pilot not staying lit no matter how many times we kept lighting it. Stewart came out immediately and identified the issue right away. Despite having to work in the dark and it being the end of the work day, with a very positive and pleasant attitude, Stewart went to work and got us up and running with hot water! Yahoo!! Hot showers are the greatest and so is Stewart! Definitely would recommend Art Douglas Plumbing with 5 stars!!

These guys are great! i had an "emergency" leak under the kitchen faucet (aren't all leaks emergency?) and Andrew said he would send someone over "right away" for a FREE ESTIMATE! [note; i was told by other plumbers that they would charge $110, and even $150 for a call out). Technician Frank came right out and found the source of the leak and gave me a FREE ESTIMATE. i was thoroughly impressed and will use them for my future plumbing problems. Thanks Art Douglas!

This is a top notch company. I'm a renter so my landlord had to request the service. Doug called me in the morning to see if I 'd be home at a particular time. Once the time was confirmed, repairman Frank showed up on time and repaired my leaking sink. He was professional, very polite and quick. My sink works beautifully with no leaks. I recently got a free quote from these guys( come to find out, paying for a quote gives you much better service.) they came out for re-piping. One day later my whole back-yard was flooded with water. I called, at the very least to hear them take responsibility. Never got so much as an apology for leaving my water bib open, causing my new water hose to burst. Never had such a negative encounter. Then he slams the phone
and hangs up. Upon seeing other reviews, I see a distinct pattern

I would never buy an air conditioner from this business again. I bought top of the line air conditioner 3 years ago and it has gone out every year and this year it broke down three times. I do have a warranty, but should an air conditioner I paid close to 10,000 dollars break down this often? This last time it broke down they said they need to replace a panel or something. Well, I just got my electric bill and it was 400 dollars....i have solar panels and have had them for 3 years. It's never this much.
