They NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. nor do they care. I have left messages. sat on the phone while it rings away. random days since buying my groupon over a month ago. theh DONT RESPOND. then they have a "live chat" which nobody is there. it's a joke. I called groupon and made them give me my money back. screw this place

I called the raleigh location over a week, left a voicemail to schedule an appointment for a Groupon. Nothing. Called the 1800 number and when I asked to get in touch with someone there soon or I won't be so nice on the phone, the lady said , 'I don't know if you are going to yell or scream, but all I can do is to try to let the person in the raleigh location to get in touch with you.'. Ok, I am calling groupon to get my money back and will give a bad review on all social platforms I can reach
