Gigi, Sushi Thai Restaurant's owner, knows excellent international food. She has traveled the world for almost 20 years as an international flight attendant of a prominent Asian airline. From these travels, she tasted and learned exotic cuisine from several countries but enjoyed the spices of both Japanese and Thai dishes even more.
Thus, her experiences led her to Sushi Thai. Sushi Thai Restaurant, the first Thai and Japanese Restaurant in Middle Georgia established in 2001, offers a sumptuous fusion of flavors for those who enjoy the spice of savory Thai cuisine as well as traditionally and freshly prepared sushi and sashimi.

Don't bother going here if you are by yourself. I went last week. After the host sat me in a booth, the waitstaff walked by ignoring me. There was three other couples in the whole place that had all three servers attention. Even the couple that came in 10 minutes after me.
I tried messaging the management after leaving about the nonexistent service. They ignored me too.

Would have given 5 stars but I was seated under the stairs (not a pleasant view). Also, meal options were soup or salad. I asked for chicken noodle soup and was never served.
The meal; Thai Basil Tofu with broccoli, onion, carrots, straw mushrooms, green pepper, and cabbage. Green tea and entre' served nice and hot.

Shelly/Shell and Liv were AWESOME! My sushi was fantastic, and my fiance's crispy duck in panang curry was something he absolutely raved over!
Shelly was incredibly helpful, including going over our options with us, inciting a general sense of camaraderie, and overall being an amazing server- including advising us on the bubble tea!- so she can definitely expect a big tip from us ❤
