Randy has been practicing as a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor and marriage and family therapist since 1993. He has a Ph. D. of Family Therapy from Texas Woman's University, specializing in long-term marriage and money management issues. He also holds a Master's of Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University, as well as a business and accounting degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville.
Janice Ingram taught preschool and elementary students for years before she realized that her concern for a child's home life overshadowed her interest in lesson plans. While teaching children with advantages and disadvantages, Janice learned that play was the best avenue for connecting with any child.
Kathryn Parker is a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping children, families and adults as they work through life's challenges. She focuses her practice on helping clients find resolution and personal growth. During nearly 30 years in the practice of counseling, Kathy has enjoyed working with people dealing with a broad range of concerns, and believes that each person deserves to be heard and understood.
After earning a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Special Education in 2005, Sam taught Special Education for seven years. While teaching children from widely diverse backgrounds, Sam realized there was a shortage of counselors with the necessary expertise and training to address the emotional and spiritual needs of the uniquely challenged child and their families.
As a teacher, mother of two boys, and a counselor, Penny has always felt that if we take a child's hand, offer them security and show them we care, then we can open their mind to endless possibilities. Through her experience she has observed many individuals writing their story without any guidance or support, especially during the most difficult times of their lives.
