You or a loved one is struggling with a problem that seems impossible to bear. Although you may feel like things will never get better, there is hope for healing. Together, we can find tools that will help you make it through this difficult time, heal, and improve. I will be a therapeutic support for you in your journey toward healing.

I don't expect you to change right away; sometimes change takes time. I will make no judgement on your speed of change. I specialize in trauma work and relationship issues.
