I contacted them to get an estimate and go over some information. My life has become extremely busy lately and I forgot to get back with them and I also accidentally deleted their original quote. They send me an automative message asking me if I'm still looking. I reply respectfully that I had lost the original quote, or it was never sent, seeing as how it's not in my email. They take the time out of their day to prove me wrong by send me a picture that I opened it and proceed to yell at me for it. So far they are reliable which is a plus but not impressed with the results base on the price I pay. For example the grass grows through cracks in the drive but they don't run the weedeater over the weeds nor do they weedeat around the back porch. Only now half of the grass between the driveway between mine and my neighbors condo. Just sloppy work overall but they show up. UPDATE once I posted this review a very angry man called me from Pro lawn saying I was "blowing up" google giving his company a bad review. Not apologizing and offering to correct the problem at all. If I could rate this business more negatively, I would. The only thing positive was its office staff who were polite.
An appointment was scheduled for 3/23/2021 for an estimate for regular maintenance, the revamp of beds, and installation of new plants. No one appeared or called. We rescheduled for for 3/24 yet no one appeared; but "Mike" did call and said would be here the following day at 10AM. Again, no one appeared or called.
Either these people are too busy, very disorganized, or don't care. I can only imagine what it is like to be a customer. Suffice it to say that I will not

Kyle at Pro Lawn is not responsive to requests. Good luck chasing him doing anything other than mowing the lawn. After many efforts to contact him via telephone and email and after many dead plants in our garden, we have given up on this service. This is not an isolated instance. After starting the Pro Lawn Service on Feb 21 our yard was left with multiple dead plants and overgrowth. After having Kyle look at our yard for an estimate on June 26 the work was not done until August 14 after repeated attempts chasing him. While I can say he has a nice website and polite workers, I can not recommend

I had requested for quotes from multiple vendors for landscaping job at home and Prolawns came up with most competitive bid with compreshensive coverage. On the day of gig, Kyle and his team showed up before the scheduled time and spent more time than expected to complete the job. Prolawns is AMAZING. We have used them for a year and a half and couldn't be more please. They do our regular lawn maintenance and have also done larger landscaping projects for us. The owner Kyle is educated about the lawn business and is professional and prompt. Anytime we have a request or question he gets back to us quickly and is more than willing to meet with us and start our next project or answer questions.
We love "lawn" day because each time we come home the yard looks beautiful and new again.
