When I did my research, I came across Richard's website and decided to give him a call. He was not only very thoughtful and kind in his guidance in helping with my Aunt's estate but he was very supportive and understanding of how daunting this process can be for someone who is elderly and may not fully understand the benefits of doing this. Getting prepared for estate planning is not something we all look forward to in our lives but it is a necessity. Richard was my and my husband's first foray into estate planning. Not only did he explain everything as clear as could be, but he also gave us very good advice for us to structure our trust, how to choose caregivers for our children, and how to basically answer questions that we do not really want to think about! Through my mother's illness that she suffered from a severe stroke several years ago, taking care of her, family and business affairs was quite challenging.
