At Four Twelve, we are committed to only using top-of-the-line shingles and accessories to ensure your shingle roof is cost effective, and long-lasting. Many companies offer clients 25-Year, 3-Tab Shingles but at Four Twelve we prefer premium 50-Year Shingles because they provide greater protection and longevity, including 130 mph wind rating vs the 60 mph wind rating of 25-Year Shingles.
Four Twelve's roots are in Baltimore City, which is known for having innumerable residential and commercial flat roofs across the entire city. Started by developers who were passionate about the city but couldn't find a roofing contractor to adequately service their projects, Four Twelve decided to build a roofing company themselves.

We recently had our entire roof redone and after a very professional consultation we elected to book Four Twelve for the job. They came and assessed what was needed, they even used a drone to fly up and photograph everything. Scheduling was easy, they were able to accommodate in the time frame we were hoping for (booked a little over a month out). Our office contact did need to postpone a few times due to weather impacting the job being completed prior to ours but ultimately scheduling worked out for us. The crew arrived within the time frame stipulated and the work was professionally completed

Talked to several contractors for a complete flat roof and deck replacement and FourTwelve was by far the most responsive. They weren't the cheapest but not near the most costly, were very upfront and explained recommended plans, options, and didn't try to sell unnecessary items. They were very communicative on schedule and project changes. The crews were professional, timely, and kept their work space cleaned up.

Great quality service. Out of four other roofing companies we received estimates from - 4/12 was the only one that appeared to do a thorough inspection before just throwing a price at us. Moreover, my experiences with Zach Hamilton (estimator) and Diego ( repair man) were fantastic.
And best of all, they completely fixed our 4 time repaired / 3 year old leak!

Four Twelve has done several roof jobs for us this past year: a complicated residential apartment building in Roland Park with many dormers, valleys, flat sections and new gutters. They did a fabulous job! The did a job in Oakenshawe where we replaced a decaying slate roof with architectural shingles. Again, we had dormers, flat sections to deal with. Most recently, they replaced a pitched shingle roof on a 9,000 sq.ft. warehouse in South Baltimore. If I could give zero stars I would. Want a good deal and want to keep your family safe? Take your business elsewhere! Very rude owners. They act as if they are giving you the roof for free and you should be grateful for paying for the high mark up! I just bought a new house in Baltimore and I am taking my roofing needs elsewhere!

We had a good experience with 412 Roofing. It took a while to get a date set but once that happened they were on the job when they said they would be and pretty efficient in their work. When the roofing crew overlooked one small task, the company was quick to send them back. The initial estimate for the roofing work was acceptable, but upon further thought they actually revised the estimate DOWN. I would use them again.

Just met with JP from Four Twelve Roofing and he was very knowledgeable and nice. He took a look at my issue and gave me an honest assessment/quote of the problem. He did a physical check of the affected area and got up to the part of the house and examined the possibilities of the source of the issue. Took pictures and sent them to me so that I would have them as a reference. Very accommodating and I appreciated his candor with the minority of the problem and the options available to me. I've have Four Twelve Roofing do repairs on both my personal home and a rental property I own. They were a pleasure to work with and I have been exceedingly happy with them. They communicated very well when preparing my estimates and did an excellent job of talking me through the advantages and disadvantages of various repair options. They showed up on time, got the job done, and documented the work that they did. Their prices were also pretty reasonable, all things considered. Will absolutely use again.
