CRC was very professinal, presented a full detailed quote on the project and was able to complete the job withing 7 - 10 days of being contacted. Supplied us with plenty of pictures to see what issues the roof was having along with additional pictures of when the project was completed. Pricing was slightly lower than their competitors with a longer warranty.

The roof on my house was in bad shape. We had several people/companies on our roof thinking we were getting the work done. I saw the billboard for roof this and decided to do some homework. I first inquired about an estimate through email. By chance, some guys were on my block passing out flyers and I told them I tried to get through. They were apologetic and came out immediately to give me an estimate. They were straight forward with me about the damage. At this point I wanted it done. They came and installed my roof. After trying to contact CRC for over 3 months, they sent someone to my house without even contacting me first, or at all. The 2 guys were up on the roof for 15 minutes max. One guy knocked on the door and said they were done. I asked what he found the problem to be. He said there was a "crack across the roof, and they caulked it". I didn't hold any hope for that. The first real rain we had on Friday September 1st the roof leaked in the same 2 spots. I was not the least bit surprised. I could take CRC to court, but they are not worth the time, besides the fact that they have already
