A long-time resident of Jacksonville Florida, Marcy has been a highly sought after stylist for many years. Some clients have been with Marcy for over 30 years! I scheduled an appt after my steady stylist switched careers due to Covid. I have come here on and off for a very long time, it's always just an ok cut no matter what stylist I have been assigned. I told the person cutting my hair that I had not had a cut in months due to the pandemic, but she still made comments about how grown out my layers were like she was already tired of cutting my hair before even starting. This place is quaint, cozy and professional. Daniel didn't do a great job on my fiance's hair. I wouldn't recommend Daniel. I can't speak on the other ppl working there. They do accept groupons, and seem to have a very pleasant nature about them. Check out the pics I took, And remember, if my review helped u make a better decision, then give it a like. Thank u.

I have lived in Jacksonville for over 5 years and I never found a single person who I wanted to go back to for a second haircut. I absolutely love how Daniel cuts my hair!! Ive been twice with him now and I love how it always lays so well, even when I fix it on my own. He listened to my concerns and always made sure to address it and follow up to make sure I am satisfied. He takes his time and it never feels rushed like other salons. Such a great find from a quick Google search!

FANTASTIC PLACE and AMAZING PEOPLE!! I see Rebecca Lupo at Blow Out, and she is AMAZING. Excellent stylist who took my bad hair issue created by a different stylist, and turned it into something fabulous and easy to maintain. She is easy to talk to, listens well, and is INCREDIBLY talented! The environment is very comfortable, and the other stylists are friendly and make you feel welcome and at home.

I have gone to this salon for 5 years and was fortunate enough to get Osmeri, but due to a health issue she no longer works here! Marcy has been doing my hair since January and it just hasn't been the same!
Marcy certainly doesn't know her hair color abilities! Every time I have gone to her (every 6 weeks), my hair has definitely taken on a different tone! The last time, my color only lasted for two weeks and I finally called before my scheduled appointment because my hair was brassy and orange! Well, I walked out if there looking like a clown!!!! Big dark blotches of brown and blonde

Definitely recommend this place! Everyone is so friendly. Price is affordable especially the Groupon purchase. I recommend y'all ask for TIFFANY. She's amazing! She's very nice and listened to what I wanted for my haircut and style. I love my haircut! She did great! I'd trust her cutting my hair again with any style she thought would fit me. Go see Tiffany! I just moved into town and needed a salon and a stylist to help me with the mess that was my hair. I lucked out on my first try. Tiffany did exactly what I wanted and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. I'm so thrilled to have found her and I don't have to look any further. She made me feel like a brand new lady. This place was absolutely awesome!!!! Let's start off with the building itself super adorable very welcoming very warm. It seems like a place you would like to just hang out and spend time in. And then when you add the wonderful staff it just text the experience to a whole new level. They made me and my mom feel very welcome and very comfortable. And we were really only supposed to come in for a consultation but they found time to fit us it anyways which was super awesome!!! I love this place ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Osmeri is THE BEST! She listened to my ideas and heard what I was after and then gave me options and her professional opinion which I asked for of course and she was absolutely delightful the whole time!

I got an okay blowout here but beware of extra fees. It says $25 for a blowout but I was charged $45 "because they had to use a flat iron" which is pretty standard practice IMO. The service otherwise was good but I was disappointed in being charged almost twice the rate online so just be sure you know what you're getting.
