Astra Health Care, Inc. has a mandatory staff meeting held twice, on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month. The purposes of these meetings are to provide communication, training, in-services, case reviews, compliance updates, and the forum for improvement suggestions and quality assessment for field staff.

This agency has taken care of my mother on multiple occasions . I can personally say that if you want a reliable, friendly, compassionate, and understanding healthcare agency , Astra Health Care is the agency you want to choose. Prior to finding Astra, we went through many agencies who were totally unreliable, did not show much compassion, and the skill level of their nurses was questionable. Astra nurses exceed my expectations and are extremely knowledgeable and up to date on best practices.

Stay as far away from this business as possible. They only care about the money they can make off you as a customer and nothing about how to treat you as a patient. They ignored my Drs orders and did not provide the care promised. I actually had to submit a com. plaint to the Colorado Department of Health to have their practices looked at. From what I understand they also treat their employees terribly and their office staff is incredibly rude especially Alex and Rob who is the administrator. Before you hire a company for homecare make sure you look at their star rating, this company has a poor
