Following my Grandfather, Uncle and Father-in-Law, in the year of 1970 I made the decision that would direct the remainder of my productive life. I decided to start building homes. This would be my life for nearly 50 years and my plan for even more decades. Our company has completed approximately 2000 projects during the last 50 years and we have built many of our customers their third home.

Woodhaven built our home. It was a real pleasure working with all of them - Jack, Brock, the office staff and, amazingly, every single one of their subs. All of them. And it was a stress-free experience. They have a great system where the whole process is laid out step by step and they were there to help us all the way.

It was a great pleasure working with Jack. Before building my house, I was having a great fear from stating that step, as I did not have any experience about the construction and how it is processed. Fortunately we heard about Jack from other clients who recommend him for me. Jack made the construction process smooth as easier than I thought. Jack… built my our house in 2018, very energy efficient. We requested some changes in the floor plan during the construction process and Jack was able to do the changes in the way we liked. If I am going to build another house, for sure, I will choose

Jack Wilson built a house for us in 2001 and did a great job. Great quality, energy efficient, on time and and on budget. My career took us away from Arkansas in 2009 and we sold this house. I retired in 2015 and we returned to Arkansas and bought a lot in the same subdivision where Jack built our home in 2001. Jack Wilson was our first and… only choice to build our forever home based on our previous great experience with him in 2001.
However, this latest home building experience was a 2.5 year nightmare with Jack where he couldn’t get the house completed. We invested a good amount

No one can tell me the home builder you choose is not one of the most important financial decisions you will ever make. When I moved o Maumelle four years ago, I did my research and read many great things about Woodhaven Homes. And I have been living happily ever after. My electric bills are around $100 because of the great energy efficient method the home was built. I am constantly receiving compliments about our home from visitors. I highly recommend Jack Wilson if you are looking for a great home!

Woodhaven homes built a beautiful home for me! They were so timely and professional! Jack was always fantastic and communication was top notch! My house was ready for me ahead of schedule! I have had three friends that recently have had homes built by him and have been so happy with everything! Can’t wait to build again!

I met with Jack and 3 other builders before deciding on a builder. This was the first time to build a house and of course, my husband and I were scared. We heard terrible stories of building. So many of our friends went over budget and the process taking much longer than expected.
The decision to choose Jack was an easy one. He made us feel comfortable and held our hand through the entire process.
We looked at his floor plans and none of them fit our family. Jack and I met and discussed things that we wanted. He designed the perfect floor plan for us.

Woodhaven Homes is an extremely reputable builder. Over the past 11 years they have built a total of 4 houses for myself and my family. We have never been happier with the process and the results. We are now about to break ground on the 5th and final home that Jack will be building for me and my husband. We have always enjoyed working with Jack and his team and put all of our trust in them when it comes to building our homes. I wouldn’t use anyone else!
