What drew me to this place is the customer service I received over the phone with Emily! Once I was there Daisy was the one that did the hair styling for a special event. It took much longer than expected due to long thick curly hair (this was a bit expected) but she patiently and kindly made sure she did a great job as fast as she could with a smile and great attitude too. Thank you so much! Evelyn was warm and welcoming as we saw her around the salon too.

Alaina did a wonderful haircut and perm. She was very professional and the whole staff was so kind. I loved the way everyone made me so welcomed. I look forward to my next visit especially the fabulous shampoo and massage it was by far the best!!!

I showed up at 8:30 am for hair styling. My stylist curled my hair and brushed it out. She informed me it didn't look right and that she'd called someone to come in. Around 11:30 someone came in to help. I told them I hadn't planned on being there much longer and I was told that next time I need to come in sooner... I came in at 8:35 am!!! Then I get told my hair is too thick and heavy. They used heat rollers and then brush out the curls again. I left at 1:44 at which point the stylist tells me I didn't have curls in my hair and proceeded to charge me. I paid and tipped her

I use to enjoy getting my hair done here and have been going for 5-6 years. They use to do a pretty good job and I usually like how it has been cut. But recently and multiple times, I have been charged extra for extra services without being told ahead of time. And it's very frustrating being told that it will cost a certain amount when I make my appointment and told to bring that amount in cash (to avoid the service fee) and then told at the end that I'm being charged more than double of what I was originally told, without being told that the type of color service I'm receiving is

I have been to Priscilla several times and she never disappoints! I always come out of her chair feeling and looking fabulous! She did the Brazilian Blow out multiple times and I couldn't be happier with the results! The salon is super cute and always inviting. Can't wait to book my next appointment!

I am sorry Evelyn. I was very disappointed how the lipstick was dropping on the floor and again pick it up and put it back. It's not sanitize enough to use it on someone else. I was happy with the hairstyle but very disappointed with make up job. I understand that you guys might not have experience but after I told you guys I have no experience in make up. Doing a poor job on me doesn't mean I won't understand it. I had to go to Blush Bar beauty parlor after the mess up. They did a great job!! Because I could see the difference. Historically, I found that after randomly picking a stylist at a salon from yelp, they'd be gone in 6 mos and I'd have to start over. Now, I know I'll always be able to go to this mother/daughter team passionate about hair and people!

Keighley did an amazing job on my hair. It was my first cut with Keighley and I was very nervous because I can't seem to find the right stylist but I am positive I can say Keighley is my girl! She chopped off about 4 inches and my hair still looks awesome I can blow dry it without styling and it still looks good.

Stay away from this salon!! The owner claims she is "understanding" but she is anything but. If you have a bad experience be sure that it won't be resolved unless you take more time out of you day to have her "assess" the problem. I offered to show her pictures as I don't have time to make another trip to her salon and that wasn't good enough for her. She had the nerve to tell me that if I contacted my credit card company for a refund that it's considered a theft of service! You didn't provide the service I wanted!! You may want to rethink your "

I received the same quality of work that if I had gone to Fantastic Sam's- except that I paid $175.00

My stylist was really nice and did a good job blow drying my hair. However, when it came to the dying job she didn't do what I asked and it came out looking the same as when I walked in. I showed her a picture of a balayage I wanted and all she did was add a few strips of brown, under all my hair that look damaged. She said you would be able to see them in the sunlight, so I took her word for it but my hair literally looks the same. I was charged $200 for just a wash cut and blow dry, pretty much. I've been coming here for over a year now and its only place i trust to do my hair - and TRUST ME -i've been to a ton of hair salons in dallas and plano. I've paid $90 for just a haircut before and lets all be honest - it ain't worth it! Evelyn Kershaw salon is great and if you go on a Monday you get 35% off!
