I hope to never be in a car accident again, but if that ever happens and these attorneys are the last ones on Earth, I’d represent myself. They started off great, so that the contract could be signed and they know they’re getting their money. After that, my case was shuffled off to different attorneys there until 4 years LATER, it ends up at a COMPLETELY different attorney’s office altogether. So..when my case finally got settled by the NEW attorney (who I still haven’t even met), BOTH got paid. My car accident wasn’t serious enough for Link and Smith but it was to ME. They shuffled me

It's unfortunate that I've recently been in 2 car accidents however I'm very fortunate to have found this firm. I called around (and left messages) with other firms but this one was first one to get me on the phone with an actual attorney. My attorney was Mark Link. I'd describe him as thorough, knowledgeable and considerate. He helped me find a doctor quickly and I was able to get the treatment I needed and recovery for my car in a reasonable time frame. The team also reached out and stayed current with the progress treatment. I was very happy with my settlement & experience
