We offer programs for children, teens and adults including self defense, karate forms, sparring, weapons, grappling and board breaking. We also offer Cardio Kickboxing and Ju Jitsu.
Services
Before starting your martial arts training, all students get the opportunity to have an Introduction (INTRO) class. This gives you the opportunity to check out our studio, and see how instructors interact with students. This program is designed for 3-4 year old children. Classes are high-energy and teach fundamental skills like basic kicks, punches, safety and life skills.
