Horrible. They seem to think the patient should set their time to meet the caregiver's time. A toe had to be amputated for a relative because the wound care nurse Missed 5 appointments and the general nurse did not put the dressing on properly. TWICE experienced dressings coming off during the night leading to a 30 day stay in a MOre EXPENSIVE convalescent center...just too insure proper wound care. Miracle accepts contracts from health insurance companies without ENSURING the patient's needs are met.

I'm so grateful for Miracle Home Health Care. I had the greatest nurse named John. At first I was a little embarrassed seeing that I'm female. He never made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about what I was going through. Everyone that I interacted with had the utmost respect for me and each other. Thank you John for being 5 stars!!!!

The nurse's I've had were all good. But when they sent me Stephanie. She was what I needed. She was nice and she told me straight up what how my care was going to be. I appreciate all the foot work she did to get the supplies I needed for my recovery. She is the BEST!!!. Thank you Miracle Home Health.
