WOW! That's the reaction I got from every single person who saw my Cinderella updo for a fairytale themed fundraiser. If you don't have a fairy godmother to make your hair perfect for the ball, the stylists at Poza will step in and make you believe in magic!!! I love how owner Pooran was teaching her team member, Marissa, because you could tell that she really cared about Marissa's training and skills. I loved watching them talk and create and laugh together with me! I felt like we were girls having a night out together, and they even participated in my social media Stories! My hair was flawless

After moving to Charlotte, I found it hard to find a place with really competent stylists that can cut my hair the way I like it and do an excellent job with color. This is THE place to go for both! Jennifer is my stylist, and from what I see when I'm there, the other stylists are awesome as well.

Poza is the best salon in Charlotte. The stylists are top notch. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the quality of service is absolutely perfect every time. I have been going here for color for over 10 years. I constantly get compliments and even had a woman stop me in the airport to ask me who does my color. And this was after I had to reschedule my follow up so I was already overdue and it still looked amazing. Zahava’s work leaves me looking absolutely flawless. Whether you need a change or are looking for a new stylist you should definitely give Poza a try. You will not be disappointed

I've been going to Poza Salon for 3 years now, and at each visit I leave with hair more beautiful than the last time. They have personal touches to make you feel special, like your name waiting on a robe in the changing room, to the owner checking in on you every visit, to the stylists having your hair color combination memorized. I can't recommend this Salon enough, it is truly in a class of its own.

The safety protocols in place at Poza are inspiring! I felt very comfortable in every area of the salon. Ashley is my stylist and listens to me and offers great ideas. She also talked me of a ledge when I thought about getting bangs during Covid 😬 I would highly recommend this salon!

Very impressed with the COVID protocol followed when I got a hair cut today. Temperature was taken as I came in and I was asked to use sanitizer. Everyone in the salon was wearing a mask. After I had my hair washed, that station was sanitized. I was happy with my hair cut and will return in the future.

I have been a customer at Poza Salon for a few years and have loved going there since the minute I walked in the salon. The staff are friendly, the services are spectacular, and the atmosphere makes it a wonderful experience. Most recently, the owners and staff have responded to the virus dilligently, meeting clients at the door to take temperatures, and provide masks if needed. Now my whole family comes here! Both Alex and Ashley were super in cutting and bleaching my hair platinum. I felt so safe here as there were less than a handful of customers permitted in the salon at 1 time and many things had made " touchless" in the salon...While getting my hair colored Alex took me to a separate room ....Great job...Great results. ..Highly recommend..Great staff

Best place in Charlotte for hair. The owners take great pride in their business and go above and beyond for their customers! The whole team is awesome and have been going to them for at least 10 years. They were so organized and had excellent safety measures in place as we go through Covid19.

This salon is highly sought after so I decided to come and take it for a whirl. I'm so happy that I did. Sara did an amazing job on my hair. It never felt softer, thinner, and more beautiful. Which made me feel great. Pooran threaded my eyebrows. Now this was something that I had never done before so I was a little skeptical. I'm normally a tweezer ;) but I was very pleased with the results. I moved to Charlotte area 4 years ago. So lucky to have son & daughter-in-law reccommend this salon. Love Pooran and Zahave. Both are excellent stylists. They don't just do cuts and color! They can give you the best looks of your life. Very talanted at what looks right on you and how your hair will work with differnt cuts. They listen to you and get a feel for how you live and what efforts you want to put into your hair care. I highly reccomend this salon. Love them!

Best Salon ever! I came in to town for a formal wedding and realized that I didn't have a good plan for how my hair and makeup should be done. I called Poza's a couple days before the wedding and spoke to Courtney explaining my dilemma. She spoke to the owner and with the additional luck of a cancellation, they were able to accommodate me in the exact time spot I needed.
When I got to the salon, Courtney instantaneously recognized me and gave me the VIP treatment, offering tea or wine and a welcoming tour.

July 5,2018 in the screenshot you can see how extremely unprofessional the actual owner is. Again no apology for her employee. As she mentioned this did happen over a year ago and no apology was given instead the response was more of a "you are lying, you simply must imagined that bad experience".
No wonder this place gets so many bad reviews.


It seems from other negative reviews this salon does not know what ownership and accountability is. Every single one of the 1 star reviews the response is simply blaming the client. No apology simply blaming it back to the client. I would recommend

Amazing service and even better highlights, everyone there is super friendly. The person I got a consultation with was different than who actually worked on my highlights but they all seemed to communicate, work together and give me amazing highlights with my super curly hair.

I entered Poza salon on Wednesday 01/10/18 for a consultation which seemed reassuring but I found it to be a little odd that I was told that the results of my hair will be told to me at a later time over the phone. I was very impressed with Poza Salon. The staff was both friendly and knowledgeable. A consultation was required which was reassuring because the stylist test dyed my hair to insure it would be the color I wanted. Jessie did my hair and did a great job! Being a blonde can be difficult but she was successful at removing brassy faded blonde and doing the techniques I requested and she suggested. I wanted to love this place so bad. I usually go to Planet21 salon, and love it, but a friend from work mentioned I should try Poza Salon once to see what I thought. I will never be back and I will never recommend this place to anyone. I was getting my hair colored and cut and I wanted the color to be brunette with lighter and caramel balayage lightly around my head and fuller around my face. I've been going to Poza Salon for a few months now, after bouncing around from a few other salons in the past year plus since moving here. I now know I will go no where else! I admit, I love the salon experience AND Rachel! She remembers all of our previous conversations, gives me tips for my hair, and is pretty much awesome. I look forward to going to every visit! The salon is clean, the vibe is relaxed and parking is great right behind the salon.

I was THRILLED with my hair after a visit with Lauren. It is easy to find someone to cut and color your hair in Charlotte. What is not easy is to find someone who is able to design a personal style JUST FOR YOU that fits your hair and your style. Poza provides both, in a luxurious yet comfortable salon. I have been getting my hair highlighted bleached and colored for almost 2 decades and I have never encountered such rudeness especially from a salon owner than I did at Poza!! I've been getting my hair done there for almost a year and a half I'm always a platinum blonde the last time I got it done the girl didn't have time to dry it. I went here on a referral from a lady I ran into who had a clean layered haircut. I am picky although I don't think the stylist could tell because i'm not a real biddy about it. I usually just won't go back. BUT... My stylist was Lauren and she was wonderful. She was professional and took good note to my goals with my hair.
