Very glad I stumbled upon this place. Master Garcia is a good teacher and I am excited to pursue this newfound interest in what is both a fun and serious learning environment. I have been able to attend both solo classes and classes with other students and that has been very helpful. Highly recommended if you’re looking to get into martial arts in Dallas!

My boys love taking lessons here and it shows through their increased confidence... a great way to exercise and socialize while emphasizing the importance of self-discipline and respect for others. The staff has patience for my ADHD boys and they don’t mind redirecting them, even on the most difficult days. Highly recommend!

I go to the 7:30-9pm classes. I get in a solid workout and learn self-defense. The style here is a mix of martial arts, particularly Tai Quan Do and Jujutsu (kicking, punching, and grappling on the ground). The night classes are light. Class is usually 4-6 people, sometimes more sometimes less. It's good because I get 1 on 1 time with the master instructor. Respectful people here.

We adore this place. Mr. Garcia hits that perfect mix of fun and discipline for a kids' martial arts class. We're very lucky to have found it! My five-year-old loves going here and all the new friends he's made. The classes are divided by levels, not ages, which makes a huge difference. He gets to learn from the big kids and even lead some of the exercises, which has helped him feel more confident and more invested in each class. He does his "moves" for everyone and is just so proud of himself. Definitely check it out.

A great gym. My two sons (8 and 12) have been attending classes here for a couple of years and they love it. Kid's classes are fun and not overly regimented. My older son is now in the adult classes and it was seamless transition, plus he is really honing his skills now. He will soon be a black belt as will my younger son. The instructors are very good. Highly recommended.

My boys (10&6) really enjoy going to tae kwon do. They've learned self-discipline and goal setting. The atmosphere is fun and Mr. Autrey is a good instructor that they enjoy being around. We visited a dozen other studios before settling on this one. Some of the others were way too militant! One studio had my then five-year-old in tears in the first five minutes. I don't see the point if the kids hate going, so we love this place!
