This group of vets truly love what they do. To be able to locate an avian vet in emergency after recent 1200 mile move and be seen instantly was a minor miracle. The care and compassion they would show my Ducky (Blue and Gold Macaw) was clear when we came through the door. And while our ending was not good their care ensured that his flight across the rainbow bridge was pain-free and quick at home in my arms.

I brought my chameleon in for a slight eye issue (something was in his eye), they didn’t know his gender, they couldn’t tell basic chameleon anatomy, they kept him for two days, they cut his nails which don’t grow back and didn’t tell me, and when I picked him
Up they gave me a PETCO CARE SHEET (full of incorrect info). My chameleon was healthy with a minor issue when I brought him and since bringing him home he got COMPLETELY sick and passed away this morning. I’ve had conversations with others and even people with dogs and cats have had horrible experiences with this clinic making

Took our goat there to have surgery done after she broke her back leg. Then the doctor blamed us for the splint being too tight. Long story short, the doctor blamed us for everything that possibly went wrong,… and never admitted to anything being her fault or a possibility from the injury itself. She told us the skin would grow back or it would just fall off, meaning the leg. We immediately contacted another vet right after we left. We got our little girl into the vet the next day and her leg had gangrene (which we were never told gangrene-even the dr notes didn’t state gangrene).

Both of these stars go to the receptionist Gabriella who was so sweet and helpful! whoever spoke rudely to her loud enough for me to hear in the phone though, what the heck? I decided to bring my girl elsewhere solely based on that. so Gabriella gave me a response she wasn't supposed to. it costs nothing to be kind, and to do it in such a way that the customer heard through the phone is completely unprofessional. Gabriella, I hope you have an amazing day where everyone is kind to you. auburn animal clinic, you get no stars.

Called in because I had recently rescued a stray and needed to take him in to get his shots, exam, and neutering. Was quoted $350 initially just for the exam and nothing else then told it'd be $500+ minimum if anything was actually wrong - actual crack prices, I wasn't offered any assistance even though I stated I was low income. I checked with another vet and they only wanted $107 for neutering, the rabies vaccine, and exam.

I highly recommend Auburn Animal Clinic! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well as the Dr! They take their time and answer all your questions. All of our dogs come here and I wouldn’t go anywhere… else! Reasonable prices and excellent service. They got our senior dog back in good health and we can’t thank them enough. We love AAC! I can not say enough about the staff & the dr. I have never felt like anyone has cared more about my animals than I but these ladies work from the early morning hours to late late in the evening to make sure… our babies are healthy an get the best care. covid has made it hard and they have been behind but did u know they close at 1 on Wednesdays but haven't left at 1 because they won't turn a way an emergency. 5 cars waiting in a parking lot at 12:30 waiting to be seen. Be patient your baby will get the best care. I know I was impatient it wasny towards them..it was my old kitty who

Had to take my dog in for a life-threatening surgery. Everyone at the clinic was extremely helpful. My dog is usually very distrustful of strangers, but they tried their best to be patient and work with her. The cost was well worth the treatment. My dog is making a good recovery because of their willingness to make time for her surgery and even put in extra hours to make sure she would be taken care of. I cant ever express how much their help means to me. Vets aren't cheap, but they had a reasonable price compared to other places around. I will be committed to bringing my pets to them from now

The staff is friendly, warm, & caring! They took great care of my daughter's hedgehog and kept me informed of how he was doing. They were also extremely respectful of our finances & staying within a budgeted amount. Very reasonably price for a week's care of an exotic pet. (Obviously each medical situation is differant.)

I have been working in the veterinary field as a technician for 13 years and finally I was able to further my experience and knowledge by attending Penn Foster College for the veterinary technician course and just graduated with my associates degree of science. I had a great opportunity to work with Dr. Holm and the ladies for my externship for my… exotics and large animal. Dr. Holm was very patient and accommodating with all my needed skills. I enjoyed working with everyone very much. She was very thorough explaining information and answering any questions I had. I am glad I found Auburn
