I've been with State Farm for only a short time. When I relocated to Oregon from Arizona, I needed to switch my car insurance over, so I went on-line and got different quotes. State Farm met my needs over the others so I went with them, without ever speaking to a representative. Been in-state now for a little over 6 months and decided to stop in to go over my policy. The individual I talked with was very helpful in explaining the discount that I earned from their Drive Safe and Save program. During times like we've been having over the last 18 months, it's nice to get a bit of good news for a change

I just recently started driving and purchased insurance at this office. Vanessa explained everything to me in detail and made me feel at ease as a first time insured. She is so personable and kind, the price was a bit out of my budget, but the customer service at this location is worth every penny. Highly recommend this office.
