If you are a business person or in a rush forget about this place. AWFUL. i had six documents to print, and one hour of time. some of the docs had as little as two pages.

they ran out of ink. they couldn't figure how to print (this is a print shop!!) it took ten minutes to print each set of documents. i was there 45 mins and i just told them to forget half the documents. it was a nightmare. i was forced to go to a client meeting without printed documents.

the guy there was also miserable and didn't want to help the person who couldn't figure out how to print. STAY AWAY.

When I got married, I had my name cards for my seating arrangements printed and my church worship aids. They were amazing and service was awesome!

I have never had a bad experience here. I've had items printed here for personal use as well as for organizations that I'm a member of. The items have always been ready the same day and the quality is great. The staff has been pleasant and always contacts me to clarify anything that I may have neglected to mention while ordering. The owner, Kevin has always been helpful in answering questions about the print process for those like me who isn't that knowedable about printing.

Good place for college profs to order course packets from..but they work s l o w l y to create and deliver instructor copies. The prices are right and the staff is friendly. I had an issue with them in the past and after some debate, they rectified it. So they work with customers. A great place to get office items and photocopies as well. Very close to iup.

Friendly, fast service. Quick, quality service. Good prices. I like Pro-Packet. I get in and get out without ever having any hassels. Even when I'm not sure exactly what I want, they take the time to clarify and make suggestions. Everything leaves there looking very professional.
